Hope stops 27 shots as the Attack beat the 67's

OTTAWA - Brandon Hope made 27 saves as the Owen Sound Attack edged the host Ottawa 67's 3-2 on Sunday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Zach Nastasiuk scored the eventual winner for the Attack at 19:04 (29-12-4) of the first period as all the scoring came in the opening 20 minutes.

Daniel Catenacci and Kurtis Gabriel also scored for Owen Sound, which has won four of its last five games, and Daniel Milne chipped in with two assists.

Sean Monahan and Michal Cajkovsky scored for the 67's (12-32-3), who are winless in their last five contests, and Clint Windsor stopped 24 shots in a losing cause.

Owen Sound went 2 for 7 on the power play while Ottawa scored twice on 10 chances with the man advantage.
