REGINA - Eetu Laurikainen stopped 30 shots as the Swift Current Broncos extended their win streak by beating the host Regina Pats 2-1 on Saturday in Western Hockey League action.

Colby Cave and Graham Black scored for the Broncos (23-20-5), who have now won six games in a row.

Morgan Klimchuk scored the lone goal for the Pats (18-26-4), who are winless in five games, and Matt Hewitt made 23 saves in a losing cause.

Both clubs went 0 for 5 on the power play.

Playing for my favorite team growing up, I've probably scored that goal a million times in my driveway. It feels good to actually do it in real life.
