EVERETT, Wash. - Austin Lotz stopped 44-of-45 shots as the Everett Silvertips downed the visiting Seattle Thunderbirds 5-1 on Friday in Western Hockey League play.
Kohl Bauml had a goal and two assists for the Silvertips (18-26-2) while Ryan Harrison scored once and set up two more.
Manraj Hayer and Joshua Winquist each had a goal and an assist to round out Everett's offence.
Jerret Smith scored the lone goal for the Thunderbirds (16-26-3), who have now gone 15 games without a victory, and Danny Mumaugh made 18 saves in defeat.
Everett went 2 for 5 on the power play while Seattle failed to score on four chances with the man advantage.
