Baptiste scores winner in SO as Wolves edge Colts

SUDBURY, Ont. - Nicholas Baptiste scored the winner in the shootout as the Sudbury Wolves edged the visiting Barrie Colts 3-2 on Friday in Ontario Hockey League play.

Jeff Corbett and Michael Kantor scored in regulation for the Wolves (21-17-7) while Franky Palazzese turned away 28-of-30 shots for the win.

Jake Dotchin and Anthony Camara scored for the Colts (29-13-2), who lost for the first time in three outings, and Alex Fotinos made 33 saves in defeat.

Sudbury went 1 for 3 on the power play while Barrie scored once on two chances with the man advantage.
