Sam Reinhart ties game then scores in OT as Kootenay beats Prince Albert 3-2

PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. - Sam Reinhart scored the game tying goal and scored again in overtime to help the Kootenay Ice rally past the Prince Albert Raiders 3-2 in Western Hockey League action Wednesday.

Reinhart's goal at 13:30 of the third period sent the game to extra time before he ended it at 4:34.

Jaedon Descheneau also scored for the Ice (19-25-1), while Mackenzie Skapski made 38 saves.

Anthony Bardaro and Mike Winther gave the Raiders (26-15-4) a 2-0 lead in the first before Kootenay came back with two goals in the third.

Prince Albert goaltender Luke Siemens finished with 31 saves.
