OSHAWA, Ont. - Bradley Latour scored the shootout winner as the Oshawa Generals downed the visiting Peterborough Petes 4-3 on Friday in Ontario Hockey League action.
Justice Dundas, Boone Jenner and Michael Dal Colle built up a 3-0 lead for the Generals (24-15-3) before Peterborough came back with three straight goals to earn a point.
Stephen Nosad, Stephen Pierog and Nick Czinder replied for the Petes (12-24-6), who have picked up at least one point in five straight contests.
Danile Altshuller made 20 saves for the win as Michael Giugovaz stopped 38-of-41 shots in a losing cause.
Oshawa went 1 for 4 on the power play while Peterborough went 1 for 5.
