Sarault scores SO winner as Sting beat the Otters

ERIE, Pa. - Charles Sarault scored once in regulation then the winner in the shootout as the Sarnia Sting beat the host Erie Otters 5-4 on Saturday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Reid Boucher had two goals and an assist for the Sting (23-13-3), who have won three games in a row, while Nikolay Goldobin had a goal and two assists.

Dane Fox scored three times for the Otters (13-21-6) and Luke Cairns had a goal and two assists.

Knicholas Dawe made 30 saves for the win as Devin Williams turned aside 25 shots in a losing cause.

Sarnia went 2 for 3 on the power play while Erie failed to score on three chances with the man advantage.
