Bardaro scores three times as the Raiders beat the Blades

SASKATOON - Anthony Bardaro scored three times as the Prince Albert Raiders doubled up the host Saskatoon Blades 4-2 on Saturday in Western Hockey League play.

Chance Braid also scored for the Raiders (24-11-3), who have won three of their last four outings, while Logan McVeigh chipped in with three assists.

Dalton Thrower and Matej Stranksy scored for the Blades (19-17-1), who have dropped three straight games.

Luke Siemens stopped 40-of-42 shots for the win as Patrick Johnson took the loss after making 19 saves in his first start of the season.

Neither club could produce with the power play as Prince Albert went 0 for 6 and Saskatoon went 0 for 5.
