Crisp and Brown each score twice as the Otters down the Colts

BARRIE, Ont. - Connor Crisp and Connor Brown scored two goals apiece as the Erie Otters defeated the Barrie Colts 6-4 in Ontario Hockey League action Saturday night.

Jake Evans and Stephen Harper also scored for Erie (12-20-5) while Adam Pelech added a pair of assists.

Both Crisp and Harper extended their point streaks to six games in the win.

Zach Hall scored twice for Barrie (24-10-1), which lost for just the second time in its past seven games, and Josh MacDonald and Steven Beyers each scored once.

Devin Williams turned aside 39 shots for the win as Alex Fotinos took the loss after stopping 22-of-27 shots through 40 minutes of action. Mathias Niederberger came in for the third and stopped all nine shots he faced.

The Otters went 1 for 3 on the power play while the Colts finished the night 1 for 5.
