SUDBURY, Ont. - Steven Shipley scored the winner 3:44 into overtime as the Niagara IceDogs edged the host Sudbury Wolves 4-3 on Friday in Ontario Hockey League play.
Jesse Graham had a goal and two assists for the IceDogs (21-13-2) and Carter Verhaeghe and Brook Hiddink each scored once.
Nicholas Baptiste, Jacob Harris and Mathew Campagna each scored for the Wolves (14-16-7), who earned at least one point for the sixth straight game.
Christopher Festarini made 31 saves for the win as Joel Vienneau turned aside 19 shots in defeat.
Niagara went 2 for 4 on the power play while Sudbury went 1 for 2.
