Hope stops 29 shots as the Attack beat the Battalion

OWEN SOUND, Ont. - Brandon Hope stopped 29 shots as the Owen Sound Attack beat the visiting Brampton Battalion 4-1 on Saturday in Ontario Hockey League play.

Daniel Catenacci, Holden Cook, Kyle Hope and Kurtis Gabriel scored for the Attack (23-8-3), who snapped a three-game winless streak, and Jospeh Blandisi chipped in with two assists.

Blake Clarke scored the lone goal for the Battalion (16-14-5) and Jake Smith turned aside 20-of-23 shots in a losing cause.

Owen Sound went 0 for 2 on the power play while Brampton scored once on two chances with the man advantage.
