PLYMOUTH, Mich. - Sebastian Uvira and Scott Sabourin scored third-period goals as the Oshawa Generals came from behind to defeat the host Plymouth Whalers 4-3 Saturday night in Ontario Hockey League action.
Plymouth carried a one-goal lead into the third period after Tom Wilson put the Whalers ahead 3-2 at 19:28 of the second period.
Cole Cassels also scored for the Generals (17-11-3) while Sabourin scored in the first period as well for a two-goal night and the game's first star.
Rickard Rakell and Stefan Noesen scored for the Whalers (14-9-7) while Austin Levi and Matthew Mistele chipped in two assists apiece.
Noesen received a game misconduct at 18:04 of the first period for charging.
Daniel Altshuller made 34 saves for the win as Matt Mahalak turned aside 33 in a losing cause.
Oshawa went 2 for 6 on the power play while Plymouth scored once on two chances with the man advantage.
