ERIE, Pa. - Jimmy McDowell and J.P.Labardo each had a goal and two assists as the Erie Otters downed the visiting Ottawa 67's 6-2 on Friday in Ontario Hockey League play.
Connor Brown had a goal and an assist for the Otters (8-17-5), who snapped a five-game winless streak, while Hayden Hodgson, Connor Crisp and Kyle Pettit each scored once.
Dane Fox, who missed the first 29 games of the season recovering from a broken left foot, made his season debut and had an assist on Pettit's goal.
Remy Giftopoulos and Dante Salituro scored for the 67's (7-22-3), who have dropped eight games in a row.
Oscar Dansk stopped 25 shots for the win as Jacob Blair picked up the loss after allowing five goals on 29 shots in 34 minutes of action. Clint Windsor made 11 saves in 25 minutes of relief.
Erie went 2 for 2 on the power play while Ottawa scored once on three chances with the man advantage.
