Franko sets up three goals as the Rockets beat the Warriors 3-2

KELOWNA, B.C. - Zach Franko set up all three of his club's goals as the Kelowna Rockets edged the visiting Moose Jaw Warriors 3-2 on Friday in Western Hockey League action.

Damon Severson and Ryan Olsen each scored for the Rockets (17-8-2), who have won five straight games, while Henrik Nyberg's third-period goal stood up as the game winner.

Sam Fioretti and Braiden Doucette scored for the Warriors (10-12-5).

Kelowna went 1 for 3 on the power play while Moose Jaw failed to score on either of its chances with the man advantage.

Quote of the Day

I definitely think going back down helped me, I had a lot of confidence down there, I played a lot of minutes and I think that helped me a lot. With the 37 games up here, that gave me experience as well. I know what it takes to play in the NHL and now it's time for me to show that I'm capable of being a full-time NHL player.
