SWIFT CURRENT, Sask. - Reid Gow scored twice and set up two more as the Spokane Chiefs crushed the host Swift Current Broncos 7-2 on Friday in Western Hockey League play.

Todd Fiddler also scored twice for the Chiefs (18-7-1) while Tyler King and Mike Aviani had a goal and an assist each.

Mitch Holmberg scored a single goal to round out Spokane's offence.

Chance Lund scored both goals for the Broncos (11-13-5), who lost for the first time in three outings.

Eric Williams made 27 saves for the win as Eetu Laurikainen picked up the loss after allowing three goals on 10 shots through 23 minutes of action. Landon Bow stopped 23-of-27 shots in relief.

Spokane went 1-for-7 on the power play while Swift Current failed to score on either of its chances with the man advantage.

It's hard to walk into that locker room and look those guys in the eye when they've played -- clearly, that was our best game we've played in the series -- and I thought we deserved a better fate tonight.
