Kyle Hope and Brandon Hope lead Attack to 6-1 win over Steelheads

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. - Kyle Hope scored a pair of goals and Brandon Hope made 32 saves to lead the Owen Sound Attack to a 6-1 victory over the Mississauga Steelheads on Sunday in Ontario Hockey League play.

Daniel Catenacci, Daniel Zweep, Jaden Lindo and Kurtis Gabriel also scored while Cameron Brace finished with three assists for the Attack (18-5-3).

Dylan Smoskowitz had the lone goal for the Steelheads (17-8-1) to trim Owen Sound's lead to 2-1 in the second period. Lindo, Hope and Gabriel scored in a five-minute span shortly after.

Steelheads goalie Tyson Teichmann allowed five goals on 19 shots through two periods before he was replaced by Spencer Martin, who stopped seven of eight shots in the third.

The Attack went 1-for-6 on the power play while the Steelheads finished 1-for-5.
