Patterson stops 21 shots as the Knights blank the Attack for 11th straight win

OWEN SOUND, Ont. - Jake Patterson stopped all 21 shots he faced as the London Knights blanked the host Owen Sound Attack 3-0 on Saturday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Matt Rupert had a goal and an assist for the Knights (19-5-0), who have won 11 games in a row, while Seth Griffith and Chris Tierney each scored once.

Griffith's goal extended his point streak to 13 games and he now has 19 goals and 44 points in 26 contests, which is good for second in OHL scoring.

Jordan Binnington turned away 37-of-40 shots in a losing cause for the Attack (17-5-3), who had their three-game winning streak halted.

Binnington, who has had a shutout in his each of his previous three starts, went 207:22 without giving up a goal before Griffith beat him at 5:54 of the second period.

London went 1-for-4 on the power play while Owen Sound failed to score on four chances with the man advantage.
