Josh Anderson scores twice for London Knights in 5-3 win over Sarnia Sting

SARNIA, Ont. - Josh Anderson scored twice as the London Knights beat the Sting 5-3 in the Ontario Hockey League action Thursday.

Brett Welychka and Seth Griffith, with a short-handed goal, also scored for the Knights (17-5-2), who won their ninth consecutive game.

Alex Galchenyuk, Reid Boucher and Nikolay Goldobin each scored for the Sting (12-10-2), who lost their fourth straight game.

Jake Patterson got the win for the Knights with 20 saves.

JP Anderson started the game for the Sting, but was pulled after allowing five goals on 17 shots. Backup Brodie Barrick finished the game stopping all eight shots he faced.

If you want to prove people wrong, you've just got to go out and do it. Yeah, we blew 3-2 series leads the last two years, but no one is going remember that if we go out there on Saturday night and beat these guys and go play in the Stanley Cup Final. We need to get back to work and we'll start to do that tomorrow.
