Anaheim Ducks forward Bobby Ryan will play for Mora IK in Sweden, the team announced Wednesday.
Ryan had 57 points in 82 games for the Ducks last season. The 25-year-old has 259 points (136 goals, 123 assists) in 332 games over five seasons.
He was the No. 2 pick in the 2005 NHL Draft.
The second-division team includes Los Angeles Kings forward Anze Kopitar.
