Toronto Maple Leafs prospect Tyler Biggs also scored a pair of goals, opening things up in the first with a shorthanded goal before adding another in the third.
Scott Sabourin rounded out the scoring for Oshawa with a third-period goal.
Stephen Silas scored the lone goal for the Bulls (11-7-3).
Daniel Altshuller made 26 saves for the win as Malcolm Subban stopped 25 shots in a losing cause.
