BARRIE, Ont. - Anthony Camara broke a 3-3 tie at 14:43 of the third period as the Barrie Colts went on to defeat the Sarnia Sting 5-3 in Ontario Hockey League action on Thursday.
Andreas Athanasiou scored twice for Barrie (15-5-1), which has won four of its last five games.
Ryan O’Connor and Brendan Bell also tallied for the Colts. Bell's goal was an empty-netter.
Reid Boucher scored twice for Sarnia (12-8-1), which lost for only the second time in the past nine games.
Connor Murphy added a goal and an assist, while Alex Galchenyuk had a pair of assists.
Both teams struck on the man advantage. Barrie finished 1-for-3 while Sarnia went 1-for-4 on the power play.
Barrie netminder Alex Fotinos made 27 stops, while his Sarnia counterpart J.P. Anderson turned aside 21 shots.
