Galchenyuk with a goal and an assist as the Sting edge the Wolves 3-2

SARNIA, Ont. - Alex Galchenyuk had a goal and an assist as the Sarnia Sting edged the visiting Sudbury Wolves 3-2 on Sunday afternoon in Ontario Hockey League action.

Galchenyuk has 11 points in his last four outings, which includes five goals, and 13 goals and 32 points in 20 games overall.

Josh Chapman and Reid Boucher also scored for the Sting (12-7-1), who have won four consecutive contests, while Justice Dundas chipped in with two assists.

Boucher's goal came at 8:56 of the third period while on the power play to break a 2-2 tie.

Michael Kantor and Josh Leivo scored for the Wolves (8-11-2), who twice blew one-goal leads, and suffered their fifth loss in their last six games.

JP Anderson made 35 saves for the win while Joel Vienneau turned aside 33 shots in a losing cause.

Sarnia went 1-for-5 on the power play as Sudbury went 1-for-4.
