Guelph Storm score 4 straight goals in third period to beat Oshawa Generals 4-1

GUELPH, Ont. - The Guelph Storm exploded with four goals in the third period to beat the Oshawa Generals 4-1 in Ontario Hockey League action Friday.

Jason Dickinson scored a power-play goal 3:17 into the third before Matt Finn scored 31 seconds later to give Guelph a 2-1 lead.

Scott Kosmachuk added a power-play goal at 11:40 and Ryan Horvat scored into an empty net for the Storm (11-4-1).

Boone Jenner's second-period goal was all the offence Oshawa (10-6-2) could manage.

Goaltender Garret Sparks made 44 saves for Guelph, while at the other end Daniel Altshuller stopped 33 shots for the Generals.
