BARRIE, Ont. - Aaron Ekblad scored on the power play at 4:33 of overtime Thursday as the Barrie Colts edged the Brampton Battalion 2-1 in the Ontario Hockey League.
Mark Scheifele also scored for Barrie (10-3-1), which leads the Eastern Conference with 21 points.
Scheifele's goal was his 21st point of the season, moving him into first in the OHL. Steven Beyers added a pair of assists to grab the overall lead in that category with 15.
