Patrick Kane signs with Swiss team
Patrick Kane of the Chicago Blackhawks has signed with EHC Biel of Switzerland's National League A.

Patrick Kane of the Chicago Blackhawks has signed with EHC Biel of Switzerland's National League A. The team announced the signing on Tuesday. The contract will run through the end of the Swiss season or until the NHL and NHLPA agree to a new collective bargaining agreement.

Kane will join EHC Biel on Sunday. Boston Bruins center Tyler Seguin signed with EHC Biel on Sept. 20.

The 23-year-old Kane had 23 goals and 43 assists for the Blackhawks last season.
