REGINA - Coda Gordon scored twice, including the overtime winner, as the Swift Current Broncos edged the host Regina Pats 3-2 on Friday in Western Hockey League action.

Midway through the final period Stephenson scored his second of the game and third of the year to force the overtime period.

Late in extra time Regina’s Kade Pilton was called for roughing, which set up the Bronco’s third and final power-play goal of the night with 54 seconds left in the game.

Eetu Laurikainen made 21 saves for the win and Matt Hewitt stopped 27 in a losing effort.

Swift Current went 3-for-6 on the power play while Regina scored once on six chances of its own with the man advantage.
