KELOWNA, B.C. - Mitch Holmberg scored twice and Eric Williams made 39 saves Wednesday as the Spokane Chiefs topped the Kelowna Rockets 6-4 in the Western Hockey League.
Dylan Walchuk, Collin Valcourt and Liam Stewart each added a goal and an assist for Spokane (5-1-0), while Mike Aviani also scored.
Ryan Olsen had two goals for Kelowna (3-4-1), while Dylen McKinlay chipped in with a goal and two assists.
Colton Sissons had the other goal for the Rockets, who got 27 saves out of Jordan Cooke.
Both clubs finished the night 1-for-4 on the power play.
