Laurikainen stops 25 shots as the Broncos edge the Pats 2-1

SWIFT CURRENT, Sask. - Eetu Laurikainen stopped 25 shots as the Swift Current Broncos downed the visiting Regina Pats 2-1 on Saturday in Western Hockey League action.

The rookie goaltender increased his save percentage to .922 and has yet to lose a game in regulation time.

The overage tandem of Ryon Moser and Chance Lund both scored for the Broncos (3-0-4).

Moser has recorded at least one point in each of the seven games his club has played this season.

Trent Ouellette scored the lone goal for the Pats (3-5-0).

Regina's rookie goaltender Teagan Sacher made 25 saves in a losing effort.

Swift Current went 0-for-2 on the power play while Regina went 0-for-4
