Domi and Matt Rupert three points each as the Knights defeat the Spitfires 8-2

LONDON, Ont. - Max Domi and Matt Rupert each had two goals and an assist as the London Knights defeated the visiting Windsor Spitfires 8-2 on Friday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Alex Broadhurst also scored twice for the Knights (3-2-0), Josh Anderson had a goal and two assists and Brett Welychka had a goal and an assist.

Ryan Rupert also chipped in with a pair of assists for London.

The Spitfires (3-3-1) received offence from Jordan Maletta and Kerby Rychel while Josh Ho-Sang picked up an assist on each of his club's goals.

Kevin Bailie, who has started in goal every game so far this season for the Knights, stopped 20 shots and lowered his goals-against average to 2.20.

Jaroslav Pavelka allowed eight goals on 43 shots against in a losing effort.

London's power play went 1-for-5, while Windsor went 1-for-3.
