QMJHL Roundup: Scott Oke leads Rimouski Oceanic over Victoriaville Tigres 5-2

RIMOUSKI, Que. - Scott Oke scored twice and added an assist Thursday as the Rimouski Oceanic defeated the Victoriaville Tigres 5-2 in the lone game in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.

Frederik Gauthier added a goal and an assist for Rimouski (4-0-1), while Casey Babineau and Francis Beauvillier also scored.

Phillip Danault provided the offence for Victoriaville (3-3-1) with two goals. Angelo Miceli chipped in with two assists.

Carl Hozjan made 29 saves to pick up the win, while Brandon Whitney stopped 26 shots in taking the loss.

Rimouski was scoreless on three power-play chances, while Victoriaville wound up 1-for-4 with the man advantage.
