SUDBURY, Ont. - Joel Vienneau stopped 30-of-31 shots as the Sudbury Wolves defeated the visiting Brampton Battalion 4-1 on Sunday afternoon in Ontario Hockey League action.
Nathan Pancel scored twice for the Wolves (2-0-0) and Joshua Leivo and Charlie Dodero had a goal apiece.
Frank Corrado chipped in with three assists.
Jamie Lewis scored the lone goal for the Battalion (0-1-1) with just 1:49 left to play in the third period.
Matej Machovsky allowed two goals on 24 shots in a losing effort.
Sudbury went 2 for 6 on the power play while Brampton scored once on six chances with the man advantage.
