Brace with three points to lead the Attack over the Spirit 5-2

OWEN SOUND, Ont. - Cameron Brace scored once and setup two more as the Owen Sound Attack defeated the visiting Saginaw Spirit 5-2 on Saturday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Daniel Catenacci and Kurtis Gabriel each had a goal and an assist for the Attack (2-0-0) while Holden Cook and Kyle Hope added single goals.

Garret Ross led the Spirit (0-1-1) offensively with a goal and an assist and Vincent Trockeck scored the other.

Jordan Binnington stopped 27-of-29 shots for the win as Jake Patterson made 24 saves in a losing effort.

Owen Sound went 1 for 7 on the power play while Saginaw scored twice on nine chances with the man advantage.
