Kopitar signs with Swedish team
Los Angeles Kings forward Anze Kopitar signed with Mora Ishockeyclubb in Sweden on Tuesday, his agent told the Los Angeles Times.

Los Angeles Kings forward Anze Kopitar signed with Mora Ishockeyklubb in Sweden on Tuesday, his agent told the Los Angeles Times.

Kopitar will be teammates with younger brother Gasper.

Anze Kopitar had 20 points in 20 playoff games to help the Kings win their first Stanley Cup last season. He had 76 points in 82 regular-season games.

Kopitar, a native of Slovenia, played in Sweden with Sodertalje SK from 2004-06 prior to joining the Kings for the 2006-07 season.
