Visnovsky, who was acquired from the Anaheim Ducks at this year's NHL Draft in exchange for a second-round pick in 2013, was participating in a race at the Automotodróm Slovakia Ring motor circuit and crashed his Ferrari into a barrier head on.
"I have spoken directly with Lubomir, and am pleased to report that he did not suffer any serious injuries," Isles general manager Garth Snow said in a statement released by the team Saturday night.
