The Pittsburgh Penguins' continued pursuit of home-ice advantage in the opening round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs will be aired nationally as part of the NBC Sports Network's doubleheader Tuesday night.

The Penguins -- who currently have just a one-point lead on the Philadelphia Flyers for the No. 4 seed in the Eastern Conference, will visit the Boston Bruins at TD Garden as part of the NHL's 10-game schedule. Opening faceoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET and can be seen on NBCSN in the United States and TSN2 in Canada.

Boston (47-28-4) is locked into the No. 2 seed in the East. The Bruins are 7-2-1 in their last 10 games and will be seeking their third straight win Tuesday.

The second game of NBCSN's doubleheader begins at 10 p.m. ET, when the Vancouver Canucks host the Anaheim Ducks at Rogers Arena. That match can also be seen on TSN in Canada. Vancouver has just a one-point lead on St. Louis atop the Western Conference with three games remaining.

Tuesday's action gets under way with three games at 7 p.m. ET -- the Buffalo Sabres host the Toronto Maple Leafs, while the New York Islanders visit New Jersey. Also, the Flyers host the Rangers at Wells Fargo Center, where New York will have an opportunity to secure the No. 1 seed in the East.

Two more games begin at 7:30 p.m. ET -- the Carolina Hurricanes visit the Ottawa Senators, while the Florida Panthers can clinch the Southeast Division against the Winnipeg Jets at the BankAtlantic Center.

At 8 p.m. ET, the Nashville Predators, who are still chasing the No. 4 seed in the West, host the Minnesota Wild at Bridgestone Arena. Thirty minutes later, the Dallas Stars host the San Jose Sharks in a huge showdown at the American Airlines Center.

In the final game of the evening, the Phoenix Coyotes host the Columbus Blue Jackets at Jobing.com Arena. Opening faceoff is slated for at 10 p.m. ET.
