Montreal Canadiens assign Ryan White and Aaron Palushaj to Hamilton Bulldogs

MONTREAL - The Montreal Canadiens assigned forwards Ryan White and Aaron Palushaj to the Hamilton Bulldogs of the American Hockey League on Monday.

White has yet to play a game with the Canadiens this season due to a sports hernia suffered during training camp.

The 23-year-old has seven points (two goals, five assists) in 43 NHL games.

Palushaj has one assist in 17 games with the Canadiens this season.

Recalled from the Bulldogs on Feb. 3, the 22-year old forward leads the Bulldogs in scoring with 28 points (13 goals, 15 assists) in 29 games this season.

Quote of the Day

I don't know how he does it. I don't know how he gets his body parallel with the player and pulls it through his legs like that. I know he's tried it a couple times in practice and it's never worked, so how he does it in a game, it's incredible.
