Murphy and Faksa 3 points apiece as the Rangers beat the Storm 5-3

GUELPH, Ont. - Ryan Murphy and Radek Faksa each had a goal and two assists as the Kitchener Rangers defeated the host Guelph Storm 5-3 on Sunday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Zach Lorentz, Cody Sol and Andrew Crescenzi also scored for the Rangers (33-13-1), who won their third straight game, while Michael Catenacci chipped in with two assists.

Tanner Richard led the Storm (21-20-5) offensively with a goal and an assist as Jason Dickinson and Zack Mitchell added single goals.

Franky Palazzese made 30 saves for the win while Garret Sparks turned away 21 shots in defeat.

Kitchener went 1 for 3 on the power play as Guelph scored twice on five oppurtinities with the man advantage.
