The 2012 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic (the "Event") will be held on January 2, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. ET at Citizens Bank Park™, in Philadelphia, PA. The Event may be delayed or postponed for any reason. If delayed or postponed, the Event will be held at the same location either at a different time on January 2, 2012 or January 3, 2012. Event tickets issued for January 2, 2012 will be honored for the postponed Event on January 3, 2012. Please note refunds will not be issued for delay or postponement.

Many factors, including weather conditions, may result in the cancellation of the Event. A complete game under NHL Rules will in no event constitute a cancellation. If the Event is cancelled, the primary ticket purchaser, i.e. the individual who purchased a ticket(s) directly from one of the authorized ticket outlets described below is entitled to a ticket refund subject to the following terms and conditions:

Primary ticket purchaser must contact the authorized ticket outlet from which they purchased their ticket(s) directly (ComcastTIX.com, National Hockey League, Philadelphia Flyers, New York Rangers, and The Phillies) for a refund. Primary ticket purchaser must provide original purchased ticket(s) and the credit card receipt, and or other receipt issued from the authorized ticket outlet which verifies the primary ticket purchase from an authorized ticket outlet.

Primary ticket purchaser will be issued a refund of the ticket's face value. Service fees, processing fees and any other fees, such as delivery fees, are non refundable. If a refund is issued, such refund will be issued using the same method of payment used as original purchase through authorized ticket outlet. If a credit card was used to make the ticket purchase, then that same credit card will be credited for the refund.
