NHL Network your home for preseason action
Live NHL hockey returns to NHL Network beginning Monday, Sept. 19, with a total of 32 preseason games broadcast on the NHL Network in the U.S., providing fans with nightly contests from around the League, through Sunday, Oct. 2. With a combination of live and tape-delayed games, fans can look forward to over 80 hours of preseason coverage.
 
The 2011-12 preseason broadcast schedule begins at 7 p.m. ET on Sept. 19 with live coverage of a Battle of Ontario match as the Toronto Maple Leafs host the Ottawa Senators. The following night, the Network features a live doubleheader -- Toronto will host the Philadelphia Flyers at 7 p.m. ET, while the Calgary Flames' game at the Vancouver Canucks will air at 10 p.m. ET.

Other highlights of the preseason include the return of the 2011 Stanley Cup Champion Boston Bruins, who visit the Senators on Wednesday, Sept. 21 (airing Thursday, Sept. 22 at 12 a.m. ET), as well as a live Original Six matchup featuring the Detroit Red Wings visiting the Toronto Maple Leafs on Saturday, Oct. 1 at 7 p.m. ET.
