Bylsma, Penguins build children's playground

More than 40 Pittsburgh Penguins employees, led by head coach Dan Bylsma, are getting their hands dirty building a children's playground in McKees Rocks.

The event kicked off bright and early Friday morning with an 8:30 a.m. start time. And although the volunteers are currently deterred by a storm passing over the area, they're planning on getting right back to work once the sky clears.
The Pens employees are working with volunteers from Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, McKees Rocks Borough, the McKees Rocks Community Development Corporation and organizers from KaBOOM!, the national nonprofit organization dedicated to "saving play" and encouraging kids to play outdoors.

Quote of the Day

We have no doubt how he can play. You don't, with four teams that are left, you're not getting here without good goaltending. All great goalies left, and [Bishop] is a top-tier goaltender in this league and he's shown it.
