VERSUS to broadcast Kings-Stars
Dallas will host the Los Angeles Kings at 8:30 p.m. ET on VERSUS in the U.S and TSN2 in Canada.
The Dallas Stars will receive some well-deserved national attention Monday night.

Dallas, which sits atop the Pacific Division and winners of three straight, will host the Los Angeles Kings at the American Airlines Center. Game time is slated for 8:30 p.m. ET and can be seen on VERSUS in the U.S and TSN2 in Canada.

Los Angeles has won only three of its last 10 games and is three points out of a playoff spot in the ever-so-tight Western Conference. The Kings are 9-11-0 on the road this season.

Canadian fans will be treated to two other games on Monday. The NHL Network will broadcast the showdown between the Carolina Hurricanes and Boston Bruins (1 p.m. ET), as well as the match featuring the San Jose Sharks and Phoenix Coyotes at 4 p.m. ET.
Quote of the Day

That's a really tough thing to play through; when you finally are thrown out there, the game is fast, intense, every single play matters, you've got to find a way to play through that and make smart plays. So it's a huge testament to [Vermette] and some other individuals in our locker room that are putting their own ego, their own wants and needs aside, and are ready for those opportunities when they do come.
