With so many superstars with so many accolades selected to take part in the 2011 NHL All-Star Game presented by Discover on Jan. 30, there's no end to the interesting nuggets about everyone involved.

But for this story, the end to the interesting numbers comes at No. 15. Here are those 15 facts about the upcoming All-Star Game that you will hopefully find interesting:

3 -- Undrafted players taking part in the All-Star Game. They are Jonas Hiller, Martin St. Louis and Dan Boyle.

4 -- Teams lacking a player in the actual All-Star Game. The Islanders, Sabres, Panthers and Coyotes will have rookies Michael Grabner, Tyler Ennis, Evgeny Dadonov and Oliver Ekman Larsson, respectively, taking part in the Honda NHL SuperSkills on Jan. 29.

5 -- Conn Smythe winners playing in the All-Star Game. Jonathan Toews and Evgeni Malkin won the last two, while Cam Ward (2006), Brad Richards (2004) and Nicklas Lidstrom (2002) have also brought home the award. If not for injury, Henrik Zetterberg (2008) would've been part of the list.

5 -- Representatives of the Northeast Division playing in the All-Star Game, the fewest of any division. Carey Price, Tim Thomas, Zdeno Chara, Phil Kessel and Erik Karlsson make up the group.

6 -- No. 1 overall picks who will suit up for the All-Star Game. They are: Rick Nash ('02), Marc-Andre Fleury ('03), Alex Ovechkin ('04), Sidney Crosby ('05), Patrick Kane ('07) and Steven Stamkos ('08). Taylor Hall ('10) will take part in the Honda NHL SuperSkills.

6 -- Of the 36 skaters, that's how many are listed as below 6-feet tall.

7 -- Players who are older than 30. It's a young man's NHL, but Jarome Iginla (33), Zdeno Chara (33), Dan Boyle (34), Patrik Elias (34), Martin St. Louis (35), Tim Thomas (36) and Nicklas Lidstrom (40) are having no trouble keeping up.

10 -- Players selected in the 2003 Entry Draft. They are, along with their overall draft pick: Marc-Andre Fleury (1), Eric Staal (2), Brent Burns (20), Ryan Kesler (23), Corey Perry (28), Loui Eriksson (33), Shea Weber (49), David Backes (62), Tobias Enstrom (239) and Dustin Byfuglien (245).

10 -- Players who are captains of their NHL teams: Jonathan Toews, Sidney Crosby, Alex Ovechkin, Henrik Sedin, Eric Staal, Jarome Iginla, Nicklas Lidstrom, Zdeno Chara, Shea Weber and Rick Nash.

12 -- Members from Canada and the United States who competed in the gold-medal game at the 2010 Olympics. Only four players -- Phil Kessel, David Backes, Patrick Kane and Ryan Kesler -- were part of the U.S. team.

19 -- Players who have competed in a Stanley Cup Final. Only Nicklas Lidstrom (6) and Patrik Elias (3) have taken part in more than two.

21 -- Players from both the Eastern Conference and Western Conference playing in the All-Star Game. The even split wasn't intentional.

21 -- First-timers in the All-Star Game.

21 -- Stanley Cup rings possessed by All-Star Game competitors. Five were earned by Chicago's Patrick Kane, Jonathan Toews, Patrick Sharp, Duncan Keith and Atlanta's Dustin Byfuglien last season with the Blackhawks.

27 -- That's the average age of the 12 defensemen playing in the All-Star Game. To give you an idea of how young that is, only seven NHL teams can boast a roster younger than 27. To think, the number might be even lower if not for 112-year-old Nicklas Lidstrom skewing the math.
