Capitals-Rangers highlights television schedule

Hockey fans across North America will have the opportunity to watch one of the best players on the planet Tuesday night.

Alex Ovechkin, who hasn't scored fewer than 46 goals in a season since entering the NHL in 2005, invades Madison Square Garden as the Washington Capitals take on the New York Rangers at 7:30 p.m. ET.

Tuesday's showdown can be seen on Versus in the U.S. and TSN2 in Canada.

Canadian fans will also be treated to the rare matchup between the Vancouver Canucks and Montreal Canadiens, which also begins at 7:30. That game can be seen on RDS.
Quote of the Day

[Stamkos] is a great teammate and a great leader, that's why he's got the 'C'. He brings that tremendous work ethic to the rink and he's one of the top players in the game. I know if I put the passes where they are supposed to be, there's a very good chance he's going to put it in the back of the net.
