Canucks re-sign Jannik Hansen
The Vancouver Canucks have re-signed forward Jannik Hansen after he was awarded an $825,000 contract in arbitration.

Hansen, 24, had 9 goals and 15 points, including three game-winning goals, and 18 penalty minutes in 47 games with Vancouver in 2009-10. The 6-foot-1 right wing added a goal and a pair of assists in 12 playoff games.

In 107 regular-season NHL games, all with Vancouver, Hansen has registered 36 points (15 goals, 21 assists) and 57 penalty minutes.

The native of Herlev, Denmark, was drafted by Vancouver in the ninth round (No. 287) in the 2004 Entry Draft.
