The Stanley Cup is coming to Wrigley Field. The Chicago Cubs will honor the 2010 Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks in a pregame ceremony before the Cubs play the Chicago White Sox on Sunday night.

The Blackhawks will be recognized on the field at 6:45 p.m. As part of the celebration, select Blackhawks will throw out a ceremonial first pitch and lead more than 41,000 fans in singing "Take Me Out to the Ballgame." Following Blackhawks tradition, Jim Cornelison will sing the national anthem.

From Wrigley, the Cup is headed for Burbank, Calif., where it will appear Monday with Conn Smythe Trophy winner Jonathan Toews, Cup-winning goal-scorer Patrick Kane and defensemen Brent Seabrook and Duncan Keith on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno."
