Game 1 of Flyers-Habs on Versus, CBC, RDS
Two teams putting together remarkable postseason stories will meet Sunday night in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Final, and a national television audience will be able to follow along on Versus in the U.S. and CBC and RDS in Canada.

The Philadelphia Flyers host the Montreal Canadiens at the Wachovia Center, with the opening faceoff schedule for shortly after 7 p.m. ET.

The seventh-seeded Flyers just completed only the third comeback in NHL history from a 3-0 series deficit when they rallied to beat the Boston Bruins. They also upset the Atlantic Division-winning New Jersey Devils in the opening round.

The eighth-seeded Canadiens have already dispatched of the Presidents’ Trophy-winning Washington Capitals and the defending Stanley Cup champion Pittsburgh Penguins, each time prevailing in a Game 7 on the road. The Habs rallied from a 3-1 series deficit against the Capitals and 3-2 against the Penguins.
Quote of the Day

I downplayed the first one because I thought it's just a hockey game. We just want to win the game; it's against our rival and we want the two points. I downplayed it, but now having gone through the first one I look back and say, 'Geez, that was really cool.' I think as I've grown a bit older I've got a lot more appreciation for what we're allowed to do every day.
