Tom Glavine, who became a 300-game winner in baseball after turning down a chance to sign with the Los Angeles Kings, will be among the guests on NHL Live! on Thursday, scheduled from noon-2 p.m. on NHL Network and NHL.com and broadcast on XM Radio.
Glavine, a high school hockey star, was taken in the fourth round of the 1984 Entry Draft by Los Angeles -- five rounds ahead of Kings Hall of Famer Luc Robitaille -- but opted to play baseball instead. He retired after the 2008 season.
