Toews to return to Blackhawks' lineup

Chicago Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews will return to the lineup for their meeting with the Los Angeles Kings Monday night on Versus (8 p.m. Et, Versus, TSN2, RDS), according to the team's Web site.

Toews has missed six-straight games while recovering from a concussion. He skated with linemates Dustin Byfuglien and Patrick Sharp and worked on the power play in practice Sunday.

"It'll be a game-time decision, but the good thing is I'm getting better every day," Toews had told the Chicago Sun-Times. "I'm pretty confident. I felt good on the ice. It didn't take too long to get my conditioning back."

"He looked better and ratcheted things up to a different level," Chicago coach Joel Quenneville told the paper. "We'll see how he is in the morning."
