Luke Pither, Alex Hutchings lead Barrie Colts past Plymouth Whalers 3-2

BARRIE, Ont. - Taylor Carnevale scored the go-ahead goal 11 seconds into the third for Barrie as the Colts got past the Plymouth Whalers 3-2 in Ontario Hockey League action Thursday.

Luke Pither and Alex Hutchings each had a goal and an assist for the Colts (4-1-0-0). Tyler Seguin, with a goal and an assist, and AJ Jenks scored for Plymouth (3-2-0-0).

Peter Di Salvo made 25 for the win, while Matt Hackett stopped 29 shots in the loss.
