Kruzik scores game winner to lead Kingston to 4-3 win over Peterborough

PETERBOROUGH, Ont. - Jaroslav Kruzik's second goal of the season with 6:17 left in the third period Saturday led the Kingston Frontenacs to a 4-3 win over the Peterborough Petes in Ontario Hockey League action.

Kruzik's goal came 4 1/2 minutes after Zack Kassian had tied the game for the Petes with his second of the year on a power play.

Derek Froats, Corey Durocher and Ethan Werek added goals for the Frontenacs (2-2-0), while Charles Sarault had three assists and Erik Gudbranson chipped in with a pair of helpers.

Adam Sedlak and Brett Theberge had the other goals for Peterborough (3-2-0).

John Cullen's 29 saves preserved the victory for Kingston.

Jason Missaien was sensational in defeat for the Petes, making 48 saves.
